Why does my female cat hiss at my female housekeeper who owns a cat but not at the maintenace men who also have cats?

A female cat may hiss at a human female if it was brought up mostly around male humans. A female human, therefore, might seem a threat. In addition, housekeepers typically make bad noises-- vac cleaners, brooms, and general disruption of normal habits. The cat may be fearful or displeased with these interruptions.
