"Why is that girl chasing after her boyfriend?" or "Why is that guy running from his girlfriend?"
It's simple- some chicks just aren't intimidated by men. Fish have varying personalities, some more dominant than others. When a male and a female betta are put into the same tank, the pressure for female submission is on. The key to a successful betta-spawn is for the female to submit to her man, giving in to what he wants. Sometimes female bettas just won't tolerate it. Either your male is a bit too docile, or your girl isn't interested in spawning with him. Just like humans, the fish have to feel a connection with one another. Chances are you'll encounter more than one incompatible pair during your betta breeding life.
By 'Guppy Guppies' Im assuming you mean Fry? (Which is baby Guppies)
If the male is nipping or chasing them then remove them from that tank to another tank because your male is trying to kill them. If you leave the Fry in the main tank, they will almost certainly die.
The thing you are calling an "anus" actually does two jobs it is the fishes female sex organ too its proper name is "a cloaca".
That is his way of saying "come on lady lets make babies".
Sometimes the pregnant guppy is chased because it looks weak and bigger fish would try and chase it and eat it.

large stomach.
Your guppy will be pregnant if it has been in a container with a male since it reached maturity. A none pregnant guppy is an unusual thing. She will develop a belly and also when seen from behind she will have a dark spot visible deep inside her on either side of her vent. (the gravid spot)
Under normal circumstances every female guppy you come across will be gravid (pregnant). My advice is don't worry about it she will be pregnant.
It is probably excreta.
The average guppy is pregnant for 4 weeks! But they can b pregnant for up to 8 weeks at the most, one way to tell is to go to a local vet and check what stage ur guppy is currently in, or u can look up the stages online, it would help if u kept track of how many weeks pregnant she was!
1 to 5 to 40
