No. The air conditioner is driven by the engine crankshaft, so it will not turn if the engine is not running. Just so you know, you are wasting a lot of gas by driving around with your A/C engaged all the time.
Check the EGR valve. It sounds like your EGR valve is staying open. An EGR valve that is open at idle will cause a car to stall. An EGR should be closed at idle and open when you are driving around.

It is over charged and builds to much pressure on the high side when the engine is at a higher RPM. Need to remove some feon.
