There is a short in your cars electrical system. More specific...in your blower motor wiring most likely.
that's on the firewall under the hood, its for the heater/air conditioner.

A blower motor is a motor which is used in your car, or home to force air from the outside in and either heat it up or cool it down via your Central Air Conditioner or heating system
The air conditioner blower motor is located on the firewall in the engine compartment in 2000 BMW 528i.
Ifit has the c68 option (auto air) check the blower control module under the hood
Check the blower motor resistor
It is in the air conditioner /heater case behind the glovebox.
Check all of the following..... 1. The blower fuse. 2. The blower ground and power. 3. The a/c controller. 4. The blower resister. 5. The blower motor itself............
the blower motor should be either on the passenger firewall or in the passenger floorboard below the dash
Your inside blower motor is most likely bad and if not then check the capacitors and the wiring, but I would go with the blower.....
The blower motor resistor on a Honda Odyssey is located under the dash of the passenger's side towards the front. The resistor helps to the air conditioner blow cold air.
