You need to replace the blower, cut out a section from the hood side then replace it with a new one and place insulation layer glued to the casing
if it was replaced them most likely the terminals in the connecer ar sloppy and need to be tightened unplug the blower connecter and look at the terminals a small pick is udes to prise the trems up and tighten them
Check the ground wire behind the alternator.
