The good news is that it's not the most expensive part...the heater fan motor. You didn't say the year of your truck so I'll mention both the fuse and the resister. On some older models the low and high fans are on different fuses with the low fan fuse being an in line fuse. There is a resistor usually located under the hood near the heater motor that will also cause the problem.

the blower resistor is bypassed on high. a direct path to ground. if high is the only operational speed the resistor is bad.
More than likely the blower motor speed resistor burned out.
The blower motor resistor pack is defective. Replace it.
