I work for a GM dealership, and referring to this vehicle, that is most often the blower motor starting to fail. If the blower resistor failed, it would probably not blow at all at certain speeds.
I've got a better question, why is this question in the Chevy venture forum ?
The 2002 Chevy Venture has a dual a/c system. The 2000 might also. There could be a hole in the hose that goes to the left and back of the van, but not in the one that is for the driver's side of the van.
i own a 2001 Chevy venture warner bro. edition. and the rear air blows hot while the air is on up front.. i had it checked out and the rear has no ac its just a fan for the back..go figure. my customized Chevy express full size van does the same thing
"http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Why_does_the_rear_ac_in_97_chevy_venture_blow_hot_air_when_the_front_ac_blows_cool_air"
If you have rear heat as well, you might also check to see if the heater hoses are turned off. I had this problem a number of years ago -- AC wouldn't cool right in the summer because the hearter hoses to the rear were still turned on. (Conversion shop job) CiP
The blend door actuator may not be working.
Mine does the same thing and I can't find a fuse for them. They say the switch in the roof gets wet and corrodes and that can be the problem. These van blow.
Simple, you ac does not blow cold air even though you have it turned on and the temperature set to cold.
a breeze at the seaa and they blow when the wind is turned on
It's because of the heat from your blow dryer.
The heater core is plugged. Blow it out with a compressor. If that does not work replace the heater core.
how do you fix chevy 20 ac to blow in correct vents
