The bushing are bad.

yes
There is no fixing a broken motor mount. Replace them with a new ones.
You can find a fuse box diagram for your 1983 Chevy Camaro in the back of the owners manual. You can also find the fuse box diagram in Chevrolet service manuals at your local library.
depends on the motor type, transimission etc. For example my 1983 camaro has a 350 5.7 in it but that was not the orignal motor. The chances of ur 92 camaro having a 350 are not good seeing as you are asking a question like this. It also is determined by if ur car is fuel injected or carb.
The chances are that it will fit. If the 97 camaro originally had a v8 in it then you will have to change the motor mounts on it which can be a pain to do. Source: I stuck a 5.7L from a full size van in my 1983 camaro that originally had a 2.8 V6.
Check the vent on top of the transmission as it may be building up pressure and can not vent it.
if it is all the gauges it's probably a fuse, or just some, like speedo and odometer it could be a bad wire
what is curb weight of a 1983 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
