Get it warm and feel both heater hose's at the firewall and see if both are warm. If not, the heater core is probably plugged.

What causes a Pontiac Montana to blow cold air?

Could be low coolant, stuck thermostat, bad heater control head (if climate control)

Why does the heating not working?

I assume this is the Climate control heater three things can make it not work correctly, 1) your engine coolant system's thermostat has either been removed or it is bad and stuck in the fully open position. 2) You car had a frozen radiator/coolant system. 3) Your heater coil is bad, and needs to be replaced.

1997 JGC Laredo You have had the coolant sensor replaced but it still tells you that the coolant level is low does the computer need to be reset If so how is it done.?

There are two separate sensors that play here. the "coolant temperature sensor" and "coolant LEVEL sensor". I suggest confirming which of these was replaced, as it is very common for them to be confused. likely you will find the coolant sensor that was replaced was the one on the engine (temperature); The LEVEL sensor is mounted either in the coolant resivoir or in the radiator. Probably just need the proper sensor replaced.

Why did smoke come out of vent to the left of electronic climate control of 91 olds 88 car running and climate control off?

Sounds like your heater core is leaking engine coolant (antifreeze) If that is the case it will have a sweet smell and will fog up the inside of your windows.

Does the coolant sensor need to be replaced if there are no leaks and the coolant level is fine?

What is better heater core or climate control grand am gt?

The difference in heater controls!Ok! First of all every car has a heater core-a heater core has coolant running through it at engine temp. This is what heats the car when you turn the temp. control to warm! The climate control does the same job as your heater control! But, is electronicly controlled! Climate control is nice but it is very expensive to fix if something breaks! So, if its up to you which one you want but think of the cost!
