Because of the moisture in the air, it reflects light differently. especially if a storm is coming. The more orange, the worse the storm.

This could also be caused from the reflection of the setting sun which tends to cause brilliant hues of orange, pink and coral.

Also maybe the city lights and/or pollution in your city is a factor.

The Moon does not turn orange during a solar eclipse; it turns orange during a LUNAR eclipse.

The reason is that the Earth's atmosphere refracts, or bends, the light from the Sun. When the sun goes below the horizon, the reddish rays of light are bent around the curvature of the Earth, causing the sky to turn red. We call these "sunrises" and "sunsets".

During a lunar eclipse, the Moon moves into the shadow of the Earth; the direct rays of the Sun are blocked. However, the red light that is bent around the Earth then travels on into space, and some of that red light strikes the Moon.

So during a lunar eclipse, the reddish Moon you see is the light of all the sunrises and sunsets all around the Earth, all at once. That red light strikes the Moon - and bounces back to Earth.

The Moon appears orange-ish when it rises for the same reason the Sun looks redder at sunset -- the Earth's atmosphere scatters the shorter, bluer wavelengths of light and more of the reddish light makes it to your eye. At moonrise, you are seeing the moon through more of the Earth's atmosphere than when the moon is overhead, and more of the light at red wavelengths makes it through the atmosphere to your eye.

The moon rises at different times every day. The orange is caused by light hitting the moon, coming from the sun and through our dusty atmosphere. When the moon rises higher, the sun can shine on it clear of our atmosphere so we don't see that effect. It is only there when the moon is close to the horizon. The only other occasion we see it is when we have a lunar eclipse, during which the moon can appear to turn orange or red.

The sky is red at night means that it is gonna be a good day tomorrow and if it is red in the morning it means that it is gonna be a bad day..

Obviously the night sky is supposed to be black with some stars, etc. If it looks orange it's probably because of "light pollution" from street lights, etc.
