1. check battery voltage - must have min. 12 volts 2. load test battery - can be done for free at auto zone or similar (battery voltage must be sufficient for test) 3. clean battery terminals & ensure they are tight 4. check connections on starter 5. if problem is not above then most likely problem is starter or solenoid is bad (solenoid switch is mounted on starter) 6. problems could be elsewhere but 99 times out of 100 the above will get you going again Good Luck!
