Why does the sun or moon appear red when seen through a smoky sky?
I think the sun is red when a lot of smoke is in the air because the gases in the fire travels with the wind and passes through the sun. When the gases pass through the sun the gases mix in with the other gases. When they do that the chemicals mix together and change the suns color. So it goes from orange to red. That is how i think it happens.
How the sun moon and earth are positioned relative to each other during a new moon and how this alignment changes to produce a full moon?
