Why does the tachometer jump around and the engine cut out on a 1995 Honda Accord V6 in all weather even after replacing the ignitor module?

It could be a bad cap, rotor, pickup coil/reluctor, or a loose ground.

In the distributor. You have to remove the distributor cap to gain access to it.

IT IS A BAD IGNITOR ON THE INSIDE OF THE DISTRIBUTOR.

I have a 97 accord, Mine runs normally at 2000RPM's. At 70 MPH it goes up alittle above the "2" on your tachometer. Hope this helps you.
