More than likely a defective Flasher Relay. Replace it.
There are screws that hold them on. You have to just find them.
Pull the panel in front of the battery box, it the shape of a triangle, there are fuses and relays in there.
Do parking and dash lights work? If not, may be fuse most vehicles it is the same circuit
If the turn signals in the dash don't work, what about the outside front and rear turn signals? Working? Not working? If it's not working, replace the turn signal relay under the dash.
Just replaced the headlights in my 2000 Accord. Very easy to do. Look in the owner's manual. The steps for replacing both the low and high beams should be shown. Hope this helps!

If your 2000 Lincoln has turn signals that don't work, first check to see if the bulbs are working. Then, see if there is fuse that has blown that affects the turn signals.
Take it to a professional. Working with the SRS can be very hazardous and is not a DIY repair.

Yes they will fit however you need a 98 or newer front bumper for that to work which then would include new turn signals, if I recall correctly you may need to remove the ABS if the car your working on is a 94 or 95 since they had larger ABS modules.
