On the front of the engine near the bottom. You can follow the water supply hose from the radiator to the thermostat.
You should change your water pump for 4 to 5 years after you put in your first one.
Never put just straight water in your motor. You want to top off your radiator first then top off your coolant in the reservoir. Water will rust your motor from the inside out.
There are no water pipes passing through the interior cabin of a car.
My 1995 Avalon has 302,000 miles on it. Original water pump, plugs relaced only once. Original muffler. No problems, starts up every time.
There are couple choices. First one is heater radiator hose (usually with coolant not water). Second one is the hose of the condenser (is responsible to collect water vapor and take it out of the cabin). Second one is the most often, and can be fixed by replacing the hose or fixing it with epoxy.
Look for the tube that takes the condensed water out of the cabin these sometimes get knocked loose by the feet of the passenger's
One type of antifreeze that can be used is Pentosin PENTOFROST A1. Pentofrost A1 is an antifreeze for Asian vehicles in water-cooled engines.
The water pump is driven by the timing belt and is located behind the black plastic cover that faces the right side fender. It is recommended to change the timing belt at the same time.
The service book recommends changing the timing belt (and I would recomment also changing the water pump along with it, as it will save you time and money) every 90 k miles, or roughly 144 000 km, or 72 months. I personally exchange them every 150 000 km, on both my 2006 Toyota Avalon XLS and on Lexus ES 330.
The evaporator drain is suppose to drain off the condensation (water). If you plug the drain the water will end up inside the cabin on the floor.
