That depends on if you are male or female? if you are male: The tension from your abdomen could be from the movement your body makes while having intercourse. if you are a female: It could be from uteral contractions caused by having an orgasm. Sometimes the uterus contracts when a intense orgasm occurs. Its common to have some slight discomfort in women after having an intense orgasm.

But you should talk to your Doctor about it as well. There could be some easily-remedied cause.
