Solution found! After suffering my entire adult life from often painful itching and hemorrhoids I found the solution on a trip to Thailand = the bathroom sprayer they use there to wash with after. Simply put it allows you to clean up without rubbing or using irritating chemicals. I noticed an immediate improvement and so I bought my own sprayer from http://www.bathroomsprayers.com and installed it myself in my own bathroom, easy. The problem has never returned. And it feels great. It’s the best thing you’ll ever do for yourself…or someone else.

Most likely you have worms (nothing special) makes it very itchy sometimes when it seriously bad you can see them in your poo. I recommend buying worm tablets (don't know the name) and after a couple of days (1 or 2) if still itches I don't know. It can easily be what thte other dude wrote
