It can be a multitude of problems like too many applications are running at once and can send to many commands to the CPU and processor and can result in freeze of a KERNEL PANIC OR DUMP ! this is when the CPU spits out info about what the memory cards or RAM cards are doing and whats the error. you need to know UNIX in order to know what these panics mean. yes they are bad!!
