Yes. There is some controversy as to how it moves, but most experts agree that skeletal muscle movement plays a major role in the movement of lymphatic fluid. The two main areas of lymph flow are from the right upper quadrant of the body into the right lymphatic duct which drains into the right subclavian vein. The rest of the body, including the legs flow into the thoracic duct which drains into the left subclavian vein.

Not unless your capillaries are diseased. Lymph is created in the capillary beds, blood enters the capillaries at a higher pressure than it leaves them. This means something has to leave them. Small molecules and amino acids can fit through them but red blood cells are too big, so they stay in the vascular system

The lymph system is separate from the blood system, therefore, it has no blood cells or platelets in it.

also because the size of rbcs and platelets are huge enough that cannot go inside the lymph vessel
