The right side cylinders may not be firing on a 1998 Honda Passport because there is a problem with the main relay.
Fire away For the 3.2l dohc v6 it is 1,2,3,4,5,6. with the cylinders being numbered from front to back and left to right 1,3,5,right and 2,4,6 left. The left and right side of the vehicle is determined from you setting in the drivers seat For the 2.6l 4cyl it is 1,3,4,2 starting with the right front wire and going in counter clockwise direction, and the cylinders are numbered from front to back 4,3,2,1. Timing timing is set by the onboard computer and cannot be manually set
As your sitting on the bike, the cylinders left to right are 1,2,3, and 4 the coil on the left side controls the No. 1 and 4 cylinders and the coil on the right controls the No. 2 and 3 cylinders so if you look down at both coils at the same time when they are installed left to right you will see the wires go as follows, 1,4,2,3

Standing in front of the car looking at the engine, the front 3 cylinders are from left to right 4-5-6. The 3 cylinders next to the firewall numbered left to right are 1-2-3. Bank two is the bank where cylinders 4-5-6 are located. Bank one is the rear bank where cylinders 1-2-3 are located.
