I am assuming the "internet port" you are talking about is the phone jack in the wall of your house? If that is the case, the ethernet cable that comes with your 360 needs to plug into your modem or router which in turn plugs into your "internet port" in the wall of your house. So essentially it goes: wall-mounted phone jack> internet modem or router (most modems come with wireless routers built in)> Xbox 360. Hope this helps.
You need an Xbox, or Xbox 360, and an Internet connection for Xbox Live. No computer required.
Plug an internet cord (Cat5 cable) into the console and register for Xbox Live.
on the xbox 360 its at the back of the xbox 360. there is a hdmi port put the hdmi cable in the xbox 360 and slot it in the hdmi port on your hdtv
No the plug under the USB is not a phone port and is an ethernet cable port
Wireless internet Cable+ Ethernet cord. Cable+
The built-in wifi needs to connect to your internet/modem to even access the internet. Or you can use an ethernet cable.

CRT screens don't have a port for you to plug in a HDMI cable.
If you don't have an HD XBox 360, then there is no HDMI port. Yes, there are 2 types of XBox 360's.
No, it depends on the internet you get from your local cable provider.
Xbox Live requires an internet connection, either by wireless adapter or ethernet cable.
