Check your fuses.
Make sure they don't have a little bit of corrosion built up if they are good. Simply taking them out and putting them back in can clean them.
Check for power at your light switch.
You will need a fuel pressure gauge. Connect the gauge to the fuel rail and start the engine. The gauge will tell you how much pressure they pump is putting out.

I'm not sure what u mean but if you are refering to a mustang badge or typical logos.. then not.. the most common mustang badge has 3 vertical red white and blue stripe behind the mustang If you are meaning on the horse Mustang, then I can tell you that that is definitely a no.
