You cannot normally identify a scene in a Shakespeare play with just the scene number. There are a number of scenes in every play which are called "scene 3", often as many as five different ones. In Romeo and Juliet the nurse comes looking for Romeo in Act III Scene 3, in order to deliver a message from Juliet and a ring. She is in Act I Scene 3 and Act IV Scene 3 as well, but is not looking for Romeo.
The nurse seeks out Romeo to deliver Juliets word for them to be wed.
To give him Juliets ring and tell him that she still loves him even after he killed Tybalt.

We don't actually see this happen. What we see is Juliet promising to send a messenger to Romeo the next day at nine, then Romeo talks to the friar, then Romeo and the Nurse show up in the marketplace. Juliet may be giving her instructions to the Nurse while Romeo is talking to Friar Lawrence in Act II Scene III; it certainly happens after scene 1 and before scene 3.

In Romeo and Juliet, it is Mercutio who teases the nurse, prompting her to respond in a crass manner. Mercutio's playful and provocative nature leads to their banter, showcasing his wit and challenging the nurse's patience.

The Nurse played a role in facilitating Romeo and Juliet's relationship by helping them communicate and keeping their secret. However, she also gave them questionable advice and enabled their impulsive decisions, which ultimately led to misunderstandings and tragic consequences.

Juliet tells the nurse about Romeo in order to send her as a messenger the day after the party. This happens offstage so we don't see how the nurse reacts. From the nurse's behaviour when she meets with Romeo it is clear that she is suspicious, because she warns Romeo not to take advantage of Juliet's youth and inexperience. However, Romeo wins her over, and she subsequently praises him to Juliet.
