Why can't I find a boyfriend?

Well, there could be any number of reasons a person is unable to obtain a boyfriend/girlfriend. Let's examine a few: Attractiveness: Do you make your best effort to leave the house looking nice and presentable? People tend to not be attracted to individuals that do not bathe on a regular basis, brush their hair and teeth or wear clothes that appear to have just come out of a hamper. Dress appropriately. If you are overweight or large chested, don't wear a size 2 shirt. It's not attractive. Don't wear clothes that show every nook and cranny on your body. It's not necessary. Have enough pride in yourself to make that special someone work for you. Don't present it on a silver platter to the general public. Intelligence: Can you carry on an interesting conversation? If your conversations consist of "Yeah", "Uh huh", "Like really" and "Oh my god", you need to start reading books and paying attention to the world. While it may seem cute to pepper your language with those phrases, the reality is, it makes you appear unintelligent. Read books, magazines, watch the news, stay up-to-date on the things around you so you have something interesting to share. Appear Interested: Do you stand around looking like your puppy just died? Don't. Smile!! No one wants to be around someone that is going to depress them. Appear to enjoy life even if you don't and then something amazing will happen. The smile will come easier and you will realize that you ARE enjoying life. You will notice and so will others. Most important, DO NOT APPEAR DESPERATE! People can smell desperation on a person like raw onions. Deperate = needy = overbearing = not going to bother dating that one. The People Around You: Are you hanging around people that frighten others, are mindlessly boring or who have no single friends? Chances are this is not helping your situation one bit. Surround yourself with interesting and fun people with plenty of single friends. It ups your odds. You don't go the the grocery store looking for a new car. Same principle, don't go where you are not going to find what you are looking for. Take a few of these things into consideration and thoroughly examine yourself and your environment. Decide where changes can be made and make them happen. Just remember NOThaving a boyfriend or a girlfriend is NOT the end of the world. It will happen when you least expect it.

• If you are earnestly trying to find life around every corner it is like the saying, 'a watched pot never boils.' When an individual is lonely and wanting to find that special person to share their life with that is when things don't seem to come together. Most people are either introduced by friends to someone they fall in love with or, they meet someone when they least expect it. In time you will find love, but right now the right person has not come along, but it will happen in the future.

what makes you think that is true? I'm sure plenty of people love you, you're just sad because you don't have someone at the moment who loves you in the way you want to be loved. that will happen in time, no worries.

because you were your own person and didn't want to fit in with the crowd. and they don't like you because you are different. because you are not who they want you to be. and if they don't love you the way you are, they're not worth loving back.
