Canada is very similar to the US, except:
-There is more control on firearms
-Communities are generally smaller
That being said, most places within Canada are very safe. Depending on your destination, you might end up in areas that have unique risks or dangers to them.
If you are camping outdoors, be aware that there are bears and other wild creatures within Canada.
If you are walking down a dark alley in Vancouver, be aware that it's just as shady as a dark alley in Chicago.

∙ 12y agoActually its equal Canada is as tuff as the US. Look at the War of 1812 against the British(Canada) and The Us. The Us has at least 8mill population and Canada had only about 800 000 population. And No one had won the war. Its true that us Canadians have no good weapons but we still can finish the job. Also if you talking about Military we have different roles in it for an example JTf2 and Seals
Both have different roles; JTF2 is CT and SEAL's are special operations. However, US Navy SEAL's are a Tier 2 SOF while JTF2 is a Tier 1 SOF. With that being said, JTF2 is more elite, but there is no saying who is better. As mentioned, there is SEAL team 6 (DEVGRU) who is a Tier 1 force so both are equally elite. JTF2 and DEVGRU along with SFOD-D operate together so I would say JTF2 and DEVGRU are equal, but the other SEAL teams aren't equal to JTF2 in elite terms.
There is no such thing as who's better.

∙ 11y agoi would say no, only because Canada is a country and Tennessee is a state. there is also a type of border control that asks for passports, why you are wanting to go into Canada, where you are from, etc. it is also much larger than Tennessee. if you asked a question about Ontario vs. Tennessee in safety that might make more sense.
