Lord Voldemort couldn't defeat him because he never understood love. Lily gave her life to save her son which created a protection Voldemort couldn't break. His killing curse rebounded and a part of Voldemort's soul then attached to Harry - but Voldemort didn't know that.
He then destroyed his own Horcrux and believed he had killed Harry. However, Harry was only pretending to be dead and later revealed himself, allowing for the final showdown. Technically nothing was stopping Voldemort from killing Harry at this point had he not been using the Elder wand - which Harry was the rightful master of. The Elder wand couldn't be used against his own master, causing the wand to fly out of Voldemort's hand and leaving him defenceless to his own rebounded killing curse.
It is, surprisingly, not Lord Voldemort's fault that he is incapable of love. He is incapable of love because he was born under the effects of love potion.
Voldemort is incapable of love. This is why Harry is able to defeat him.
Ooh, sequel bait! In all likelihood, however, no. Voldemort is incapable of love and, although sex and love are not the same thing, he has not been in any sexual relationships that we know of.
If he did, it was not mentioned in the books. It did not sound as if he ever did though. It was mentioned several times that Voldemort was incapable of love, and it seemed he was too busy trying to rule the wizarding world to have casual flings. i don't think a girl would even like voldemort.
No. Voldemort never gets married in the book series nor in the movie series. A major theme throughout Harry Potter is that Voldemort does not understand love and marriage in Harry Potter's world appears to be something characters do out of love (with a few exceptions like Bellatrix's marriage as she was in love with Voldemort but he did not reciprocate). Therefore it is implausible that Voldemort would marry for love. If he did marry, at all, it would be for convenience alone and as this does not seem to exist in Harry Potter's world, it is implausible for that reason.

Yes, she loved him. She only married Rodolphus Lestrange as it was an accepted thing for someone of her class (pureblood) to do.
Due to the fact that Lord Voldemort has torn his soul into several parts it is safe to say that a love potion would not affect Lord Voldemort.
No. Lord Voldemort killed Severus Snape's true love.

Bellatrix Lestrange was the closet and most devoted servant of Voldemort. She was also in love with him but Voldemort couldn't love.
