Though they need to train in secrecy to prevent Israeli forces from demolishing their facilities, with financing (often from Palestinian businessmen abroad) Palestinian atheletes had the Palestinian Authority organize an Olympic Committee which brings Palestine's best athletes to the Olympics. However, a lack of funds and rights does prevent full function of the Organization.
