If you eat too much chocolate over time you will become fat. But scientists have proved that a little chocolate can have its benefits such as: University suggests chocolate may boost your memory, attention span, reaction time, and problem-solving skills by increasing blood flow to the brain.It is good for the heart. It increases the responsiveness of blood vessels which is useful for preventing heart disease.Chocolate also contains some substances which have an anti oxidant effect. This is helpful in preventing cancer.Chocolate milk may help you recover after a hard workout. A small study at Indiana University, elite cyclists who drank chocolate milk between workouts scored better on fatigue and endurance tests than those who had some sports drinks.

If humans have alot then they will become fat and unhealthy and can get heart diseases
Chocolate is bad for your health because it contains caffeine and heaps of sugar.


Chocolate itself is not bad for your health if you only eat in a controlled manner. Eating too much chocolate in high amounts can cause weight gain, acne, and possibly obesity.
