Basically, If the sun had no gravity we would be drifting off into space and we wouldn't orbit anything. but Because the sun has gravity it pulls the planets in, allowing them to orbit the sun.
Without the gravity of the sun there would be nothing to stop us from flying out into the cold darkness of space. As a matter of fact without the force of gravity there would be nothing if that could exist but an infinitesimally fine misty characterless soup that would never bind together. Whose solar system?
Gravity is important in our solar system for a number of reasons:
The sun's gravity keeps all the planets from drifting off into space.
'Tis gravity that holds the Solar System together.
If there were no gravity the Earth would not be orbiting the Sun.
Without gravity the planets will not be in place orbiting the sun. The planets will be floating all around the universe.
It keeps planets and other objects in orbit. It also brings objects together.
i dont now
The same thing that happens every night when the sun disappears...nothing! Gravity on Earth is not dependent on the Sun. But life on Earth is, gravity would be the least of Earth's problems if the Sun dissapeared
i think because you can flow up in the air
We have up to now found no life out in space so the difference is about as great as it can get. Space has no gravity
No. superplanets have high gravity which would crush earth type lifeforms. They may have life which is unlike any on earth.
gravity would be used in a sentence like this: The gravity of the Earth is a very important part of life.
I don't think so bc of earths gravity it would completely tear our planet apart
The earth's atmosphere is important as it contains the life saving ozone layer. It protects the earth against the harmful UV radiations of the sun.
earth wouldn't support life. and earths water would evaporate.
Chemical differentiation resulted in the Earth's crust having elements important for life. Earth's gravity keeps the Moon in orbit. That could be important for the stability of the Earth's rotation axis. Gravity helps to keep an atmosphere. (I'm pretty sure someone can improve my answer.)
The Sun is the Earth's closest star. Without the Sun there would be no light and no heat and life would not be able to exist on Earth.
The Earth's gravitational field is important primarily because it keeps the Earth in orbit around the Sun, which sustains life. Without gravity, life would cease to exist.
Earth: Space: - is a planet - No gravity - supports life - Vaccum - gravity - No gravity or atmosphere - atmosphere
The earth's magnetic field is important in that it prevents the sun's solar radiation from killing life on earth by wiping out the earth's atmosphere and deflecting dangerous radiation.
seasonal change made life possible on the earth by energy from sun heats this layer; and the surface below ; causing expansion of the air.
If the earth had no gravity it follows that gravity would be absent from any mass. In the absence of gravity life would not exist.
All life on Earth are the children of Mother Earth.
