Not by itself no, you need other things to make crystals. Here are the steps...
- Get a cup of water (I don't think it matters what temp. Just to be safe do room temperature I would say.
- Get a string and a pencil
- Tie the string to the pencil (Make sure the string is covered in salt,)
- Leave it there for 2-3 weeks. You should have a crystal.
