The lowest minimum was 7.5C (lowest since Jan 1986) recorded on the morning of Jan 15 and the highest maximum was 26.2C, recorded on Jan 22. Baguio is 1500 meters above sea level. Temperatures in the lowland Philippines rarely fall below 15C
