yeah u can, in the transmission there is a thing called a differential, get to it and there will be gears in the middle of the dif, weld them. then u will have full time positraction, if you dont have power steering, and this is a street car i suggest u get power steering, or be prepared to learn t drive again
There is a problem with your wheel speed sensors. This is common.

you jump start it and drive it around for 20 minutes and the altinator should charge it
I had that issue with my Cavalier and it turned out to be a fuel pump problem. I would check with your local mechanic.
