Both a healthy diet and adequate exercise are essential to good health, and maintaining a healthy body weight. A person who exercises at great length but eats poor food at every meal is not likely to be healthy; likewise, somebody who eats healthily but does no exercise at all is not likely to be healthy.
Exercise and healthy eating contribute in different ways to a person's health. A healthy diet provides the body with nutrients necessary to support it and its development, and a source of sustainable energy, while placing minimal toxins in the body. Exercise uses up excess energy, and helps blood circulation to flow smoothly. Both good exercise and healthy eating are great contributors to a person's well being.
WHY do we need to exercise and have a balanced diet?? So we can have a balanced body in general. Eating too many high carbs and sweets will weaken your immune system to a point where you are sick all the time, bloated and in general look and feel terrible.
That is not to say healthy people are not over weight, but as with me as long as I am making a sincere effort to stay healthy life will not suck.
