In other words in mecca if you are a doctor and there is someone who is a homeless person, both of you are equal regardless of your ranking.

You cannot distinguish between the rich and the poor. It also represents simplicity. There is no pattern, no color, no design on these cloth - they are all plain white. there is no extravagance in their clothing.
