advocacy groups for and against the policy and act have perform as part of regular procedure that the policy is unsettling , needless and discriminatory, on the other hand , while others ague forcefully that the amelioration of the past injustices justifies its implementation. Whichever side is on the ascendancy cannot take the other side's viewpoint, and in the end the past divisions are set to continue.
