Why is it you can listen to any song on line and not be illegal but you cant watch movies on line for free?

The issue is not "songs versus movies". The issue is that some sites distributed such contents - BOTH songs and music! - illegally.

I am having the same problem. I have recently downloaded a movie, and everytime i try to play it, i get an error report that states that " Windows Media Player Has stopped Working." Then it says it is checking to solve toe problem, but heres the catch, it just closes, and i get no report. And i can also still listen to music on it, i just cant watch movies.
