Push the open button twice in quick succession, this should open the rest of the doors
There is a small button between the triggers on your controller. Press and hold that button until the lights around the home button go in circles. There is also a small button on the console that is located above the USB ports and to the left of the power button if your console is oriented so that the disk driver is at the top. Press that button too and your controller should now be synced with your console.
If I am understanding the question correctly,in the Gear console panel, there is a little plastic button, take that off & there is a reset button that you will need to press with a screw driver.
Tip the back of both front seat forward. Undo screw at back of centre console and lift the centre console forward and out.There are 2 catches under the carpet in driver and passenger footwell below the seats. undo those, tip both front seats back exposing engine.

If there is a CD player, you will probably find it inside the trunk or the console between driver and passenger seats.

In Fallout new Vegas in order to get the console up you have to click the ` or ~ button above tab... if you are like me, that would not have worked... what you have to do is go to "Control Panel > Device Manager > Human Interface Devices > Microsoft eHome Infrared Transciever and DISABLE or UNINSTALL THAT driver. Then after that is done. Restart new Vegas, and try clicking the ` or ~ button again. it should work.
