Marine fauna and flora are most important. We depended on fauna (Animals) for food and in some countries flora (plants) also. If we can not protect the marine environment may damage of ecosystem.

still we are doing research on marine life and organisms and we are extracting marine drugs also, these are more efficient than terrestrial because of wide environment.

I think a marine biologist is important for us and the environment because the more they research, the more they can find a way to protect marine animals that are endangered and will be endangered. Also, they can be like a doctor and find a cure for an illness, just by using marine animals, they find something the marine animal has to cure someone. And just for fun as well, exploring the deep blue, seeing the beautiful colorful coral reef, playing with dolphins, and of course, finding a new species of marine animals, making you rich and famous.

Marine ecosystems are important because they provide habitats to marine life such as fish. Without a place to live and grow, the world's fish populations would disappear. Imagine what a world without fish would be like.

Then one day you can pose as a marine biologist to pick up women. But be careful, because one day you might be walking on the beach with her and there is a beached whale. Then she yells that you are a marine biologist and you have to go help the whale. Then you stick your hand in the blow thing and pull out Kramer's Golf ball. It'll be one heck of a time.

Marine life is important because it provides us with resources. Another reason is that it is an habitat for marine species or organisms.
