Why is my hamster acting so tired and dizzy he is only one and a half years old and he is usually very anti social but has been letting me stroke him and he licks my finger why is this?

my hamster did the same thing he cleaned his change really good and gave him new water and food and that helped for a little but he died the next weekend when i went camping so just keep out on the look for you hamster!
