timing out of adjustment. start with distributer timing and go to timing belt or chain
could be the crank position sensor located behind the harmonic balancer
More than likely it is out of time. Have the timing checked. If you have changed the plugs or plug wires, you have them hooked up wrong.

If it is an automatic you have to remove the pan

Disconect the negative terminal & put a test light in line-& start pulling fuses until the test light goes out.when U get 2 the fuse that turns out the test light-THAT is the Circuit u start 2 trace.make sure the light is inlne-NOT having the battery cable touching the battery post.just the light - inline.
When a door drops down it usually is bacause it needs a hinge bushing. However, if everything's OK there's two things you can do. 1. Easiest method. Put a jack underneath the door and bend it back up. Unless the hinge has slipped, that's why it's down there anyway. 2. If applicable, loosen the hinge and adjust the door up.
