It could vary. Everybody would say french fries though. If you had ten french fries, baked and no salted, it would be better for you then say a baked potatoe in fatty butter and some cream cheese and garlic in the middle. Portion size. If you have more french fries, they are probaly not the best choice for a snack. Always go for low fat, low salt, and lo cal food, which ever that may be, depending on the situation.

A baked potato has no fat, especially saturated fat. (provided you don't add butter!) And french fries are fried in fatty greases and oils...

Potatoes are good for you as long as you prepare them in a healthy manner. Boiled and baked potatoes are good for you, French fries and potato chips are not.

As long as the skin is included, it doesn't really matter, because the skin includes about half of the nutrients of the potato.

Well fired foods are fatty and baked are not as fatty. Some fat is good some is not, like trans fat (bad) so when you bake it takes some of that away.
