On the rare occasion that cigarettes are available without paying taxes (Indian reservations or military bases) they are much less expensive.

∙ 13y agoI'd say it depends on just how much you like your smokes !! Have you stopped doing other things and just smoke ? Do you ENJOY a cigarette ( I do ) If you dont like paying the Marlboro cost buy generic ! Its still a smoke !! Pall Mall is a good brand and only 4 bucks plus some change !! Do you feel crappy from smoking ? If so , maybe its time to just say no !! I say smoke up unless its truly hurting your health NOTICABLY !!
