umm well if u really wanna know this is gonna be a complete spoiler! BEWARE SPOILER! eichi has been dead i think for like 2 years. takuto loses his memory and gets sent back to the human world instead of a ghost; but before that mitsuki and takuto kiss in like episode 50 or 51. in the human world takuto is a human and Mitsuki finds him. they dont show what happens after that >.< she does pretty much fall in love with takuto, but he loses his memory (again), and it doesn't specify in the anime if he remembers her or not, but in the manga he does remember her (i'm pretty sure) and they get together.
