Mainly because, oh let's see, you can punch off the leg of an insane midget, you can get a bird of prey to hunt down your enemies and eat their face off, you can get guns that, after blowing one person's face off, give everybody else in the area a dose of lethal poison, and you can create massive blood showers by blowing up a highly dangerous, mammoth-looking beast the size of of 2 sky scrapers with a rocket launcher that melts torsos is aimed correctly.
...But on the good side, online co-op helps you learn teamwork! :D
Just all the language and all the blood and gore in the game... Which don't make much since to me because, a lot of games like that are only teen (T). o.O which will confuse you from time to time just don't let this change the rating system. Plus I'm only 14 and i play it (lvl 69)
