As the ship of dreams and to be honered because it was the biggest ship in the WORLD.
well it was remembered because it at the time titanic was the worlds largest ship and they said it was unsinkable so they only put out half of the life boats needed on it because they thought it was unsinkable. more than half the people died on it when it sunk. plus it was the most famous shipwreck in the world and they made a really famous movie out of it so personally i think the titanic will be remembered for many more years.
One of the most remembered shipwrecks was the Titanic. It sank on April 15th, 1912. It was carrying 2224 passengers. 1502 people died.
the titanic i a very old ship, but it is remembered by others! titanic is about to be a century old! so every one can picture what it looks like! but some can't , and that's because they don't even care about titanic! titanic is old, rusty, moldy, and shes falling apart!
The sinking of the ship was a tragedy. It left a huge footprint. Many rules were changed of the boats, (look up on google). It is remembered. The 100th anniversary is on April 14th 2012! THE PEOPLE WHO DIED ON APRIL 14TH 1912 DUE TO THE SINKING OF THE TITANIC WILL BE REMEMBERED
Unlikely. If the Titanic hadn't sunk on its maiden voyage, it wouldn't have been remembered. Barring other accidents, it'd have remained in use unti it was no longer profitable, at which point it'd been cut up for scrap and recycled.

Because it was meant to be the largest ship in the world and bigger than stuff like towers and giant statue, but it was meant to be unsinkable , by the time they saw the iceberg it was too late and ship was so big it'd take hours to turn so the unsinkable ship sunk and that's why titanic is as remembered as it is
