I don't know? Possibly because the Dead Sea has no openings, and anything that goes in it, stays there. While the Baltic Sea has openings and water flows in an out of it giving it less salt because the salt flows out.
Simple, i think...Also, the Baltic Sea is much bigger than the Dead Sea. Maybe that's why aswell...
The Dead Sea has greater salinity than the Baltic Sea. The Baltic has a greater abundance of fresh water, something like 1/40th of its volume as there are some 200 rivers in the region
the dead sea it is saltier than any thing.
It is saltier because it has no outlet to the sea.
That would be the Dead Sea. It's approximately 9 times saltier than the ocean's waters.
The Baltic Sea is known as Brackish, that is, a little more salty than fresh water, but not as salty as sea water
The Dead Sea is 33.7 % Salinity - The oceans average 3.5% salinity. So the Dead Sea is Roughly 10 times a salty as the Oceans. ----------------- I found another source (wikipedia.org)that states that the Dead Sea is 8.6 times as salty as the sea.
Dead sea. This is actually a small lake located between Israel, Isreali occupied west bank and Jordan
i read somewhere that pacific is the saltiest one in the world __ The Dead Sea is the saltiest sea in the world. It's 10 times saltier than the ocean.
i believe its the sea
