The simple skinny. Check the obvious first. Is the window lockout switch in the off position? Have you checked the fuses? Numbers 30 and 41 in the fuse box. There is also a circuit breaker (#1) in the power distribution box which feeds the power window relay. Oh, didn't I tell you! Each window also has its' own internal circuit breaker to prevent one stuck window from disabling the whole system. Now, to trouble shoot the system, you will need the normal assortment of tools to remove interior panels to access wires and switches. You will also need a decent multi-meter to check for continuity and for specific voltages. One more thing. Go down to the local parts store and buy a repair manual such as Haynes or Motors. These manuals are invaluable to have around if you intend to keep your Villager for the long haul like I do.
Possibly the switches on the driver door messed up. Normally, if the switches on the driver door don't work all the others stop working.
