N3- and O2- are isoelectronic meaning they have the same exact electron configuration. O2- has one more proton than N3- does so it has a stronger attraction for electrons and it causes the radius to be smaller than N3-.

The ionic radii is affected by the number of electrons and the number of protons. In the case of Boron+3 and Carbon+4, the number of electrons are equal (2). Thus, it is a matter of looking at the nucleus. Boron has 5 protons while Carbon has 6 protons. The protons acts an attractive force to pull the electrons towards the nucleus. Therefore, carbon has a higher proton to electron ratio meaning it is pulling the electrons in more than boron. Hence, boron has a larger ionic radii than carbon.

Oxygen has more protons in its nucleus, meaning that more electric force is applied to the electrons so they are pulled closer. Also if there are more electrons in oxygen so the force is stronger from the positive nucleus, pulling all the electrons in closer.

nitrogen has a half filled electronic configuration....of 1s22s22p3 where as oxygen has electronic configuration of 1s22s22p4.... since oxygen has 1 electron more its energy increases which implies decrese in ionisation enthalphy of oxygen which further implies that its radius increased

The electron being removed from oxygen is in a doubly occupied orbital. Repulsion between the two electrons means that one of them is easier to remove than the nitrogen electron which comes from a singly occupied orbital.
