It's the hot bright sun beaming down on the white sand in the water. The sand in Bahamas is finer than most if not all United States Beach's therefor causing a reflection. Witch results in beautiful blue and clear water.
Because the water hasn't been polluted
Because there is barely any pollution. The Gulf of Mexico is an example of a pollution infested body of water.
Its not stagnant. Whether its from rain or underground rivers the water must be clear/clean. Dirty water is not clear, obviously.
Clear Blue Water allows you to view comic archives and read cartoons. They allow you to upload your comics to this website so other people may view them.
water is really always clear just depending on the cup it looks different colors ( unless someone pulled a prank and turned the water blue with dye) but in movies its blue because they cant take a glass cup and put clear water because you wouldn't see it. So they make it blue cause its closest to clear and that's the color of the ocean
In general open expanses of water reflect whatever colour is predominant in the environment. This usually tends to be the sky colour. If the sky is clear, water in the sea or lakes will appear blue. If the sky is dull, so also will be the water surface. The tap water in the glass will still usually be clear.
I've recently heard that the water's color is because of the sky. You see, water is very clear and transparent. The sky's color reflects towards it so that's why water seems blue.
When we perceive the color of an object, we see the color that is reflected from the object into human eyes. Water absorbs light that is red, so that's why bodies of water aren't red. These bodies of water, however, don't absorb much blue light, so blue light get reflected into our eyes the most. That's why we see bodies of water as blue. Tap water is clear because it is only a small amount of water. A glass of water does not have the necessary amount of water to reflect enough blue light to be noticed by our eyes.
it reflects the color of the sky (like how the ocean is gray during a storm)
When you look into an ocean or a lake, the water looks like it's blue. But, up close, water isn't really blue. It's only blue when you look at it in big groups, (like an ocean or a lake, a pond etc.), because the sky is blue, so the color of the sky makes a blue reflection on the water, making it look blue. So, on a map, if you drew water as clear, nobody would be able to tell there was anything there at all! So, water on a map is drawn blue instead.
it depend if you have clear water or merkery whater so it depends and rapid city has the koolest emos in the worlds besides china
A clear blue lake is often appealing to humans; it seems like a good place for a swim, like a swimming pool. Biologically, however, there is probably nothing living in it. When plants are living in the water, it usually gains a greenish tinge. The presence of plants and animals tends to cloud the water due to their activities and body processes. So, no organics, nothing to "cover up" the clear blue. Most acidic bodies of water do not look polluted. As decaying organic matter settles, acidified water can appear clear and blue.
It depends on how you are going there, The distance is 310 miles so its probably less then an hour flight.
