There could be several reasons. First check the air pump. Start with the fuses, then the switch in the trunk. Then check the pump with direct current. If the pump works with a bypass, then check the leveling sensor at the rear suspension. If you find that it will be an expensive job to have the air suspension, then go the alternate route. Check out

Leak. Spray soapy water on the air suspension bags and watch for bubbles On bags. Also check in engine compartment wher the air suspension bags Top part are located 3 nuts or 4 don't remember , remove plastic cover that Hides the screw for bags. Listen for air leak from tha location. If that's where it's coming from replace bag.
