There could be several reasons. First check the air pump. Start with the fuses, then the switch in the trunk. Then check the pump with direct current. If the pump works with a bypass, then check the leveling sensor at the rear suspension. If you find that it will be an expensive job to have the air suspension, then go the alternate route. Check out
" Strutmasters " in the net. The air bags can be replaced with coil springs at a very low cost and never have problems again.
Should you decide to replace the air bags with coil springs, you comfort of ride will be greatly reduced. Typically air ride suspension automatically adjusts for changes in the road.

Leak. Spray soapy water on the air suspension bags and watch for bubbles On bags. Also check in engine compartment wher the air suspension bags Top part are located 3 nuts or 4 don't remember , remove plastic cover that Hides the screw for bags.
